Shipping

We ship within the United States. We are not shipping internationally yet.

Rates

Flat rate shipping is $6.95. Orders over $50 ship free. Both are calculated at checkout, so you will see the exact amount before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery depends on the item. Most apparel ships from a US warehouse and arrives within three to seven business days once it is on its way. Some items ship from an overseas warehouse and take longer. Your shipping confirmation email includes the tracking number and the estimate for what you actually ordered.

If an order contains several items, they can arrive separately and on different days. You are not charged extra for that.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take a day or so before the carrier starts showing scans, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Check your address at checkout. If something is wrong, email us right away and we will fix it if the order has not shipped. Once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, and a package returned as undeliverable can only be refunded minus the shipping we already paid.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking has not moved in seven business days, or your order shows up damaged, email support@betterperformancegear.com with your order number and a photo if there is damage. We will sort it out.
