Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of betterperformancegear.com and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We can decline or cancel an order, including after you have paid, if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was wrong, or if we think the order is fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Product descriptions
We describe our gear as accurately as we can, but we do not promise that every description, measurement, or color is perfect. Screens render color differently, and sizing varies between manufacturers. If something is not what you expected, that is what the returns policy is for.
Payment
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.
Shipping and risk
See the shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

Use of this site
Do not scrape the site, resell our content, interfere with how it runs, or use it to break the law. The text, photography, logos, and layout here belong to us or our licensors, and you cannot reuse them commercially without permission.
Warranties and liability
Our gear is sold as is, apart from any manufacturer warranty that comes with it and the rights you have under law that cannot be waived. Exercise equipment carries real risk. Use it sensibly, follow any instructions it comes with, and talk to a doctor before starting a new training program.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
Changes
We can update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
